Canning Season


Spent last weekend doing a little canning. I put up 80lbs of corn in the freezer, 1/2 bushel of cukes into dill pickles, 1 bushel green beans and two batches of plum jam! Yhew! I was exhausted at the end of the day but its a satisfied exhaustion knowing my family will have good things to eat all winter!
